Shipping and Delivery Policy
In summary and by way of example, below are detailed costs and shipping times made by Kiuda Beauty.
The preparation time of the orders received is a maximum of 24 hours.
As a rule, orders received by 12.00 are processed on the same day of receipt from Monday to Friday. Orders received on Saturday, Sunday or during holidays are processed the following Monday or the first working day.
Courier delivery times are usually two to three working days after shipment. The times extend up to 72 maximum 96 hours for the disadvantaged areas, Sicily, Sardinia and the Minor Islands. The tracking code of the shipment (tracking) is entered in the order at the time of the generation of the waybill and is visible from the personal user section of the website www.kiudabeauty.com.
Delivery to the recipient or authorized person, requires the signature for acceptance. In case of absent recipient, the service ensures two delivery attempts.
In case of absence of the recipient even on the second attempt, the user must go to the nearest courier's warehouse within 5 working days. Subsequently, the order will return to Kiuda Beauty, which will provide a full refund, subject to shipping costs.
Delivery times could be extended in all cases of environmental inconvenience such as heavy rain or snowfall; union unrest or problems of individual branches or sorting centers; in periods of intense work traffic (Christmas - Easter) or staff reduction (August - holiday bridges).

SHIPPING COSTS
Kiuda Beauty offers free shipping for all orders that exceed the purchase amount of €75.
For lower amounts the cost varies from €4.99 to €7.99 for Express and Standard shipping services and from €5.99 to €8.99 for shipments to Sardinia, Sicily and the Minor Islands. Exchange and Returns Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for return, your item must be in the same condition in which it was received, unopened or unused, with labels and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to ship your package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the problem and solve it.
You have 7 days from the delivery date to start a claim. Shipping costs are not refundable.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Some types of items cannot be returned, such as perishesable goods, personalized products (such as special orders or custom items) and open personal care products (such as beauty products). Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of items on offer or gift cards.
Changes
The fastest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once you have accepted the return, make a separate purchase for the new item.
14-day withdrawal period of the European Union
Without prejudice to the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition in which it was received, unworn or unworn, with labels and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will inform you once we have received and inspected your return and we will inform you if the refund has been approved. You will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within ten business days if approved. Remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and publish the refund.
