Just create a Kiuda Beauty account by clicking on the 'Register' button in the right corner of our web page! Once you have successfully registered, you will become a member of Kiuda Beauty and receive several benefits such as a discount code on your first order, special discount for your birthday, early access to new products, etc.
Browse the site, then simply select the size, color and quantity needed on the product page and then click on the 'ADD TO CART' button. Once all the desired items have been added to the cart, just click on the 'CHECKOUT' button. You will be asked to log in or register or continue as a guest. Next, enter any coupon code you may want to use. Then, you will be asked to enter your billing and shipping address. Finally, select the shipping and payment method you prefer, then click on 'CONFIRM ORDER'. Through our payment partner's page or form, you will securely enter the payment information of your choice. Once the order has been successfully placed, you will be given an order number, in addition to receiving an order confirmation email through your registered email address containing the contents of your order for your reference.
To redeem a promotional code, enter the text code in the box named 'Promotional code' on the checkout page; then, click on 'Apply promotional code'. Please note that the promotional code cannot be used in combination with other offers.
Check if: i) the promotional code has expired; ii) the promotional code can only be used once; iii) each order can use only one promotional code; iv) the promotional code may not be valid for "Discounts and clearance" items; v) the store credit and the promotional code cannot be used together in one order. When the order is still being "Processed" you can contact us to change your order. In the event that your order has been shipped, we are unable to modify the order as any change will cause a delay in the delivery of the order. This applies to both customer information and ordered items.
If the order is still under "Processing" you can contact us to change the delivery address. Unfortunately, we are unable to change the order information, including the delivery address, once the order has been shipped. If you noticed that the wrong information was provided on the order and this was shipped, we can only return it to our warehouse as a return order.
You can cancel your order when the order is still in the processing state. Only cancellation requests made by sending a ticket will be taken into consideration.
You can check the availability status of each product under the sale price on the product page. You can refer to the six different availability states and the required order processing time indicated below:
1. In stock: Usually shipped within 24 hours
2. Limited stock: Usually shipped within 24 hours, but low quantities remain
3. Usually shipped within 7 working days
4. Usually shipped within 7 - 14 working days
5. Usually shipped within 30 working days
6. Out of stock
If the ordered items have a different availability status, the order will be processed and shipped as a whole, so you can refer to the product order processing time with the longer availability as a reference. Please note that the processing time does not represent the delivery time of the order.
